SHIPPING RATES
Green Coffee Shipping Information
Ground Shipping (UK Delivery)
We deliver to all UK postcodes.
For most locations, delivery takes 3–5 working days.
Orders received before 12:00 midday are dispatched the next working day.
Once shipped, you’ll receive full tracking and delivery details directly from the carrier.
Warehouse Pickup
If you prefer to arrange your own transport, you can select Warehouse Pickup at checkout.
Simply note your preferred pickup date and any details (including your trucking company) in the comments box.
After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with:
- Your delivery order
- Warehouse address
- Pickup instructions
Please choose Warehouse Pickup only if you’re organising your own shipping.
Important Notes
- The warehouse cut-off time for next-day pickups or shipments is 12:00 midday.
- First-time customers may experience a short processing delay while we set up your account in our system.
- If you need a scheduled AM/PM or timed delivery slot, please select the “Schedule Appointment” add-on at checkout.

Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are calculated per pallet based on the quantity of green coffee in your order.
A full pallet can hold up to 10 bags of 70 kg (or the equivalent weight in smaller lots).When placing an order online, simply select “Ground Shipping” at checkout.
Your shipping cost will automatically update based on the number of pallets required.

- The rates shown are indicative and may vary slightly.
- Final charges at checkout may differ due to fuel surcharges or adjustments applied by the carrier
