About This Coffee

Guayacán EA Microlot – Beauty that blooms in every cup

High in Colombia’s coffee-growing mountains, where the landscapes turn a vibrant yellow during the blooming of the guayacán tree, our Guayacán EA Microlot is born a decaffeinated coffee that honors the majesty of this emblematic tree. The guayacán, known for its beauty and imposing presence, is a symbol of life, color, and hope in rural coffee regions; this same spirit is what we aim to share with every consumer in every cup.

This microlot is 100% Colombian, grown by small-scale producers who, with dedication and care, work the land to preserve both the quality of the coffee and the natural richness of their environment. Its EA (Ethyl Acetate) decaffeination process uses a natural sugarcane-based method, allowing the sweetness, fragrance, and distinctive characteristics of high-mountain coffee to be preserved.

Just as the guayacán lights up rural landscapes with its golden blossoms, each cup of Guayacán EA reveals its own unique beauty—a smooth, clean, and vibrant experience that proves a decaf can be extraordinary. This coffee is a tribute to the landscapes that inspire it and to the coffee-growing families who make it possible.
